Light golden shinering. Reflect the initial impression of the wine maker. Wonderful interesting person that I spoke to earlier on this week. You nose fulls with springtime medows you feel like you are hearing bumblebees buzzing around. Notes of honey spliced with white flowers and honey suckle. A little chew to keep you going. So fresh and light whilst dense at the same time. Subtle but present minerality and finish. A wonderful companion to maultaschen and bärlauch.

This is a gem. A fantastic tapas bar in the old town of Constance. Great service. Wonderful ambience. Well cooked tapas. The wine list is limited could do with an update. The tapas themselves are pretty good. Highlight is the service and how the team works together. Absolutely brilliant. I will be a regular. Great price quality ratio. And Marie (the owner and manager)is magnificent. The gambas with garlic....MAGIC....The chevre with glazed sugar and apple. Delicious and well executed. The meatballs in tomatoe sauce... just scrumptious. Visit and enjoy
