On the eye springtime yellow. The nose is welcomed by aromas of white tree fruits of pear and floral notes. Extremely fragrant and playfull. On the pallette this non dosé Champagne is elegant, fine and shows notes of light brioche with white fruit and cocoa with light tender fine bubbles and a ballerina fine finish. A wonderful elequent champagne creation.

One of the places to go in Lyon to taste local cooking. In a cozy but busy setting you enjoy a home style cooking. Worth a visit if you are planning to have a few drinks. A snackbar with outside seating serving a few german beers and an attempt on curry wurst. Do not expect miracles but enjoy a "German" snackbar with outside alley way sweating next to one of the nicest cocktail bars in Lyon.
