This is one of the nicest sushi restaurants in Lyon. Excellent "French" style sushi,  maki and sashimi (tuna, salmon etc.). Yes they do the french thing of offering a miso soup and a salad. Everything is made well and the quantities of rice and fish are excellent. The sashimi is very good and products are fresh. The stop to enjoy your California rolls and sashimi in Lyon. 

This CNDP white is by appearance young and light fragile. On the nose this orchestre starts playing its initial tones. A bouquet of flowers, brioche with a nimble note of mint and lemon. The palette enjoys the mouthfeel of honeysuckle, white flower aromas paired with young tree fruit all in balance with a suble smokeyness and elegant finish. The summer in a sip after fresh rain.(60% Grenache Blanc, 20% Roussanne, 20% Clairette)

A bleak angel yellow on the eye of this Condrieu. The nose is welcomed by young white wine fruits with some iodine and coastal aromas. Moderate peach and pear notes. The palette enjoys the freshness and mouthfeel of this well made Condrieu with slow ripening peach, pear and oceanic saltiness paired with a young fresh acidity then leaves a finish that longers on and demands another sip.

Ruby red on the eye. Strong presence of pinot noir toast aromas the palette is greeted by an abundance of red fruit of cherries and strawberries. A wonderful medium depth wine that is extremely present and a must for fans of toasty pinot noir. Needs a lot of air to round the profile off. All together this was quite a surprise in the good sense.
