Smokey spicey and delicous hummus

Angel white golden on the eye. THe nose is welcomed by light petrol and floral notes combined with lots of white fruit and springtime. The palette is awakened by young peaches, wet stone minerality and the fresh feeling of a springtime rainstorm. This wine is very round and playfull. So fresh and delicate a wonderful kabinett.

The experience in Riquewihr. The dining room is stylish the food is very good with some ups and downs. The service was friendly at all times but should have been more efficient and better paced. The large tasting menu was enjoyed and it truly was very good. The wine pairing was just ok. I expected more exciting wine choices considering the level the restaurant aims for. I recommend to pick your own wines from the wine list. The house Champagne was refreshing and truly enjoyable. MErci Jean-Luc Brendel and team for a wonderful evening. 

Enjoy a wonderful lunch. Friendly staff. Nice setting. Good parking possibilities. Open kitchen. And yes the food is fresh, delicious and served with heart and soul.
